Creating a Unique Experience at El Escondite
Introduction
El Escondite was a creative offshoot of El Cafecito, offering a relaxed space for locals to enjoy Mexican snacks and drinks. In its early days, I supported the launch by helping establish a solid operational and digital foundation.

Setting the Stage
Before El Escondite opened its doors in May 2024, I was there to help with the initial start of things. I assisted in creating standard operating procedures, developed a pre-opening checklist, and assisted with health department walkthroughs. These steps ensured a smooth launch and set the foundation for success.
Designing a Captivating Website
I also designed a vibrant, user-friendly website that reflected El Escondite’s warm personality. With strong visuals and SEO-focused content, the site helped draw interest and build local visibility right from the start.

Closing Thoughts
While El Escondite had a short run, it served its purpose and brought people together. Sometimes, timing just isn’t right—but the energy behind the brand lives on at El Cafecito, which continues to grow and thrive in the community.
